Simple Click Design sends outbound SMS messages to small business owners to share information about our affordable web design services. Messages are sent from a local 10-digit phone number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive occasional messages from Simple Click Design regarding our services. We do not send bulk or repeated messages to the same recipient.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Simple Click Design is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.
Opt-Out & Help
To stop messages: Reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and will not be contacted again.

Web Design Services
Simple Click Design provides custom website design and development services for small businesses. By engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information needed to complete your project
- Review and approve mockups in a timely manner
- Pay agreed fees upon approval of the completed website
We reserve the right to decline projects at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website design and content we create for you. Simple Click Design retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Simple Click Design is not responsible for delayed or undelivered SMS messages due to carrier issues outside our control. Our liability for any web design project is limited to the amount paid for that project.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
